Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, and Python).

- Lead code reviews and technical design sessions to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Java Spring.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, testing methodologies (Jest, Selenium), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
