Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Deep understanding of server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
