The Role:
You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment. You will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver top-tier solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js, with a strong understanding of state management (Redux, MobX).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
