Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve development workflows and product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
