Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Expert knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Java; experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
