Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
