Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
