Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product Management, Backend Developers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
