Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through best practices in coding and database management.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
