Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network, security, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Deploy and maintain Windows/VM environments across 500+ endpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Document procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and compliance protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and system integrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CCNA or Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours for urgent system maintenance
- Valid Arizona driver's license for site visits
