Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture design for complex web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and SOLID principles.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies to guarantee product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js is required.
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs and database management (PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
