Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets efficiently during the weekend shift.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT workspace.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
