Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring high code quality and performance.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to our technical engineering standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making to guide product direction.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
