Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experiences
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions
- Mentor 3-4 junior developers through pair programming and technical guidance
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmap planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Java development with cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven leadership in mentoring engineering teams
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system designs
