Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices across the team.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Design: Contribute to the architectural design of our core platforms, ensuring scalability and security.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and optimal user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack Engineering.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
