Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead the architecture of complex features and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
