Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application performance and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with UX/UI designers and backend teams to define product requirements.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js (or similar modern frameworks).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
