Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team.
- Agile Methodology: Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend Proficiency: Experience with Node.js, Python, or similar server-side languages.
- Database Management: Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design (RESTful APIs).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
