Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations to improve application speed and responsiveness.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
