Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Lead code reviews and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure high availability and speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Cloud Integration: Manage and optimize deployments on AWS or Azure, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack stack, from database queries to frontend rendering.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern CSS (Sass/Tailwind).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
