Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability on cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive project delivery.
- Debug complex issues and provide technical solutions for both front-end and back-end challenges.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
