Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical architecture of the product.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
