Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement scalable architectures for neuromorphic computing and hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum processing.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of heterogeneous hardware (quantum processors, optical interconnects, edge devices) into cohesive cloud ecosystems.
- Performance Optimization: Develop novel algorithms to maximize efficiency in non-von Neumann computing architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and deep technical excellence.
- Client Consultation: Translate complex future-tech concepts into clear strategies for enterprise stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on advanced computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq. Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Innovation Mindset: A proven track record of innovation and the ability to operate effectively in a high-uncertainty, fast-paced environment.
