- Lead Strategic Research: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Sustainable Tech) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient architectures that can withstand the evolving digital landscape of the coming years.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and roadmap projections to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Innovation Incubation: Manage internal incubation programs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological obsolescence risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure long-term organizational stability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Future Tech, or Advanced Software Architecture, with a proven track record of leading organizational transformation.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in a commercial context, with a focus on long-term trends.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards a shared future vision.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
