What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance machine learning pipelines designed for scalability and low-latency environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for model training, testing, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the engineering department.
- Conduct deep-dive technical feasibility studies for speculative 2026 technologies.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models serving millions of users.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
