Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and technical milestones for the company's 2026 product launch.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing) to determine their viability for our ecosystem.
- Strategic Architecture: Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical strategy with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and strategists focused on innovation and experimental projects.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor advancements to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior strategic or technical leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and delivering on ambitious roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, particularly in AI and software architecture.
