Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational departments
- Pioneer industry thought leadership through keynote speaking and whitepapers
- Maintain proprietary trend database using AI-driven analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
