Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Reports with quantitative forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Design and deploy scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining industry thought leadership
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on exponential technologies (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial IP portfolios
- Proficiency in Futures Platform and Palisade @Risk modeling
