Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.) using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from pipeline generation to offer extension.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update CRM data.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging tech trends and talent pools.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and the ability to understand complex job descriptions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
