Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems with C-suite stakeholders
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for long-term market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic concepts with real-world applications
- Present insights to global audiences through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists and innovation leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through disruptive technology transitions
