Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives mapping technological convergence paths for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into development roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Curate and manage our global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design immersive innovation workshops for clients and internal teams
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and disruptor ecosystems
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental research teams and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product/service roadmaps
