Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging 2026-disruptive technologies
- Design and execute 'Future Proofing' consulting engagements for key clients
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML trend forecasting and scenario planning tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofing implementations
