Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced data analytics and trend projection methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging markets
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and risk assessments for C-suite executives
- Establish industry-leading innovation pipelines through global trend scouting and partnership cultivation
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of exponential thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
