Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive leadership teams
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps with quantified impact metrics
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Experience advising C-suite executives on emerging market opportunities
- Strong background in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
