Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework incorporating emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops and horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content establishing our authority in future-focused domains
- Drive innovation sprints focused on long-term R&D priorities and moonshot projects
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of adaptive thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Experience building and managing high-impact cross-functional teams
