As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop frameworks for sustainable tech adoption. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that balance disruptive innovation with responsible deployment, ensuring our solutions empower humanity while mitigating existential risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future societal impacts
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 launch
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Davos, World Economic Summit)
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' report for industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and long-term forecasting
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Proven track record of shaping corporate 5-10 year strategic vision
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and probabilistic modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and government bodies
- Portfolio of successful future-back innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Millennium Project)
