Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and geopolitical trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with future market demands
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across departments
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and disruptive forces
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of embedding future strategies into organizational plans
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML impact assessment and ethical foresight
