- Present actionable foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Champion innovation workshops and design thinking sessions to challenge organizational assumptions
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-facing opportunities
