Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Mentor cross-functional teams on agile futures methodology and scenario planning
- Drive patent development in human-AI symbiosis and climate-resilient infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports cited by WEF and OECD
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and ethical AI governance
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies generating $50M+ revenue impact
- Fluency in futures forecasting frameworks and patent development processes
