Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizons, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for alternative futures and market disruptions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready innovations
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transitions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
