Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce executive-level strategic reports translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, R&D labs, and global innovation hubs
- Design and implement horizon scanning processes for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal futures intelligence network
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures concepts
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (Palantir, Tableau, custom models)
