Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic vision framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum AI and synthetic biology
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations for Board and stakeholders
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Integrate ESG principles into long-term technological roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Represent the company at international tech foresight forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
