- Develop predictive models and trend analysis reports with 95%+ accuracy for industry-defining changes
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-facing innovations into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Host executive foresight workshops and thought leadership summits with Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and policy influencers
- Produce annual '2026 Vision Blueprint' - our cornerstone strategic document guiding 5-year planning
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFIP)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing predictive models with documented industry impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
