Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic, and geopolitical trends to develop 2026 strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruption and innovation opportunities
- Develop quantifiable foresight frameworks for long-term R&D investment decisions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight analytics team
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk modeling
- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
