Responsibilities

- Present findings at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and design thinkers
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and World Economic Forum
- Design ethics protocols for autonomous systems and biotech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing future-focused research (e.g., in Nature Futures or IEEE Foresight)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology roadmaps implemented at scale
- Fluency in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS or APF)
