Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum computing, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Future-Craft methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) tech implementation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational transformation
