Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts post-2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and future scenario roadmaps
- Advise product development teams on emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent company at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future technologies
- Experience with AI, biotech, or quantum computing foresight
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
