- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future trends into innovative product roadmaps and business models
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts impacting industry landscapes
- Establish quantitative forecasting models to assess future market opportunities and risks
- Curate and analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies and partnerships
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist forums and industry shaping events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling executive narratives
- Track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
