Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and corporate innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and develop next-generation foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year future scenarios
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate resilience, or human-computer interaction
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-execution initiatives
