Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight programs identifying technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based models for disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry consortiums
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems for early trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
